Mr. Qi Shaofeng (James) has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Qi has an Honored Doctorate degree from Lincoln University and an MBA from Wayne State University, along with a Masters degree in Management Science and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. These have been utilized to gain more than 20 years relevant business experience in the financial and accounting arena of business management. Working with several pre-initial public offering companies, facilitating company restructuring and flotations on NYSE (China Sunergy, Tiens Group Companies USA, ShengXing Group, and Delta & Pine Land Company), Mr Qi is ideally experienced to understand and financially lead CNPV in the coming years.
Mr. William Milewski (Bill) has been appointed to the position of Vice President Manufacturing and Investors Relations. Mr. Bill was born in Connecticut, USA. He is no stranger to China as he has been working more than one decade in Chinese environment. Before joining CNPV, his over 20 years working experiences of multi-lateral financial and operations management include exposures to MNC companies, such as ABB distribution transformer factories in China, CMS Company in China. Mr. Bill received his Bachelor Degree in Economics from George Washington University in 1983 and MBA from University of Hartford, Connecticut in 1989.
