In Luxembourg, China Solar Photovoltaic SA will become CNPV Solar Power SA, while its wholly owned subsidiary will become CNPV Solar Power Group Limited in Hong Kong. The necessary amendments to its articles of association to adapt its new corporate denominations have been completed successfully on December 28, 2009.

China Solar Photovoltaic SA with CNPV Solar Power as a brand name has been used for four years and has achieved widespread penetration in the European and Asian markets. Its business is widely recognized by customers, stakeholders, and other industry participants. CNPV has become synonymous with excellence in solar photovoltaic business. Since its incorporation, CNPV has steadily advanced its management, operational, and technical capabilities to become a leading provider of PV products and services.
