2、Good competency of organization、coordination and communication skill.
3、A rich fund of knowledge in production management and experience, be master of relevant knowledge such as Machine and Technology.

1、Implementation of production plan to ensure completion of the company's production targets.
2、Ensure the implementation of technology standards of plants to achieve quality objectives.
3、Continue promoting operational efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
4、Collect and record a variety of data in the production process, cost accounting and controlling.
5、Strictly enforced the workshop safety regulations to prevent safety accidents.
6、Coordinate production of the workshop to solve the various processes within the frequency relationship between the various positions to ensure continuous operation of the balance of production.
7、Organize and implement various training and improve the quality of personnel.
8、Lead all the employees of module department to implement the company quality policy.
9、Good communication with other departments, coordination, timely coordinate and solve problems in the production process.
10、Implementing "5S" management thinking in the daily production and carry out "5S" activities.
