CNPV’s board of directors is currently comprised of  5 board members and 6 independent directors.

Board Members

Wang Anquan, Chairman
Mr.Wang has served as a Director of CNPV since March 2009 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNPV HK since June 2008 and the Chairman of our Board of Directors of Dongying Photovoltaic since April 2006. From March 2000 to February 2006, Mr. Wang served as the Chairman of Dongying Jianxun Industrial and Trading Company, a constructions and communications company located in Dongying, Shandong Province, PRC. Mr. Wang has a Bachelor’s Degree in construction project consulting from Shandong Institute of Architectural Engineering.

Zhang Shunfu, CEO
Mr.Zhang  has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNPV since July 2008. Mr. Zhang has 22 years of management experience. From January 2001 to April 2006, Mr. Zhang served as the executive director of Dongying Shengtong Electronics and Communications Engineering Company, a telecommunication company. From January 1993 to December 2000, Mr. Zhang served as Deputy General Manager of Shengli Oil Field Sheng Tong Group Ltd, a telecommunication service company located in Dongying, Shandong Province, PRC.  Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Shan Dong University and a Master’s Degree in Laws from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. 

Bypina Veerraju Chaudary, COO&CTO
Mr. Bypina Veerraju Chaudary, is an Executive Director. Mr. Chaudary joined our Group in 2008 as COO & CTO and was appointed as our Director in 2009. He has a rich management experience of over 20years in Solar PV industry in Technology, Business Development and Operations Management which includes major stints at Siemens Solar Industries(1991-2000), TATA BP Solar (2000-2007) and Trina Solar in China (2007-2008). At this position, he is taking over-all responsibility including Operations, Business Development, Technology and Corporate Strategy and also focus on strengthening corporate relationships and developing strategic partnerships. He has proven himself to be a leader and model of achievement through his vast experience, hard work and dedication. Mr. Chaudary holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronics Engineering in 1991 from Andhra University, India and also trained in Solar Photovoltaic System Design and Engineering from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai India which is arguably one of the best technical schools in the world.

Christophe Blondeau
Mr.Christophe has served as a Director of CNPV since July 2008. From October 1978 to March 1986, he was a Senior Executive at Assubel, Belgique, a Belgian insurance company. From April 1986 to April 1994, Mr. Blondeau was a Senior Executive at Dexia, a bank corporation in Luxembourg. Since May 1994, Mr. Blondeau has served as a Managing Director of Fidalux S.A, a company domiciliary agent in Luxembourg. Mr. Blondeau holds a Master’s Degree in Chartered accounting from Chambre Belge des Experts Compatables in Brussels, Belgium.

Zhao Chunfeng
Mr.Zhao has served as a Director of CNPV since December 2009. Since September 2005, Mr. Zhao has served as the Supervisor and Human Resources Manager of Shanghai Development Real Estate Co., Ltd., a real estate business development company. Mr. Zhao has over nine years of management experience in multiple companies and in various industries. Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering from The Southeast University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration candidate from Fudan University.
