CNPV, founded in 2006, is a leading multi product solar company that produces ingots, wafers, cells and solar modules, and has strong presence in the solar photovoltaic space that designs, manufactures and supplies highly efficient and cost effective terrestrial crystalline solar photovoltaic modules, which provide reliable and environmentally clean electric power to on-grid and off-grid residential, commercial, industrial and utility scale applications throughout the world.  

CNPV, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, CNPV Dongying Solar Power Company Limited, locates its facility in Dongying, a beautiful habitat city at the Huanghe River Delta which is an important part of the Pan-Bohai sea bay economic corridor. Since the establishment of Shengli oil field which is the second biggest in China, Dongying has been a city of entrepreneurship producing enterprises and businesses with dynamic growth potential.

Reliability & longevity are built into our world-class crystalline solar photovoltaic modules, which undergo rigorous internal tests and external certifications (IEC61215, IEC61730, UL, and CE) to ensure peak performance and safety.

Working jointly with Xi'an Jiaotong University and ShanDong University of Science and Technology, the company established its own technology R&D capabilities and laid a solid foundation for growth across the value chain of the solar PV industry. Following PV modules production, the company is integrating value streams from Ingot to Module rapidly.

CNPV expects to improve his competitiveness and efficiency in world SPV industry and manufacture internationally for global market penetration by producing distinctive products, reducing manufacturing costs through lower materials use and streamlined processes.

WHAT WE DO

CNPV develops, manufactures and sells solar power products including ingots, wafers, cells and primarily solar panels.

CNPV produces and commercializes a wide variety of solar photovoltaic (SPV) modules, with power outputs ranging from 10W to 305W, both monocrystalline and polycrystalline. CNPV plans to add 133,332 square meters to its existing facility 70,000 square meters with the development and expansion of its production capacity by the end of 2011. CNPV expects to increase the total annual production capacity of SPV modules to 600MW by 2011.

CNPV sells and markets its products in number of counties, such as Spain, Germany, France, U.S, and South Korea, India through our distributors and representatives. Our export ratio exceeds 90%. CNPV has representative offices in Luxembourg (Europe), Germany, South Korea and Hongkong with local sales managers to provide professional and in time service to our customers, such as after-sales technical service support etc.

In addition to export, CNPV also expand our sales in domestic market through our domestic agents in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province and Xi'an City, Shanxi Province.

CNPV is backed by a number of well recognized investors from France, Luxemburg, Korea, Hongkong, and PR China, all of whom greatly contributed to the success of our Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Alternext of Paris in NYSE Euronext on 14th, August 2008. The list on Euronext has allowed CNPV to execute our expansion plans and guarantee a rapid increase of production capacity and ensure procurement of raw materials.
